Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. 18+ only, ID may be required. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. This ensures all clients receive the full time and attention for their service. Repairs If lifting, chipping, or breakage occurs due to application, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. After this time frame, repairs will be charged. Health & Safety For the safety of all clients, services will not be performed on nails with fungal infections, open wounds, or other nail conditions. WAIVERS AND CONSENT FORMS MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO SERVICE. Guests Due to limited space, please do not bring extra guests unless they are receiving a service. Payments Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash App, cash, card, contactless tap. All card payments (including tap-to-pay/contactless) are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Cash payments are accepted with no card fee.
